Extreme traffic and dui situations, more trash outside the event center, increased demand on utilities, public safety and of course the noise generated by the bands.

Noise, traffic problems, and more crime is all we'll see out of this. How about building a place for the local kids to go exercise, play, and just have some fun without having to buy a ticket.

No! This must not happen! No amphitheater!

There are many other options available that will bring in revenue. This amphitheater isn’t a good fit for Yukon.

Too close to residential areas and would increase traffic in an underdeveloped area.

This would be horrible for our neighborhood.

I moved here from a "small town" in northern Michigan that held festivals almost every week during the summer. It was a nightmare. Traffic jams, noise pollution, increased crime. City council would not seem to want to do anything to motivate these serious issues. They wanted the revenue more than they wanted happy residents. Do not do this to Yukon!!!!!

Stop building things like this. There are enough amphitheaters in the metro area, we don't need another one. Quit destroying land just because some idiot from out of state wants to build something that he can't build in Colorado.

Dont disturb the peace of surrounding residents. It's rude.

The use of land seems very irresponsible. Using the land for something that the community will have to pay money to come and enjoy just excludes people in the community from the beginning. Building something like a park with pathways for mothers with strollers to walk side by side, running trails, event garden, pickle ball courts, a small stage are a few of the things that could bring this community together for years to come. It saddens me that the possibilities of what this area could be is being narrowed down to a concert arena that’s only going to pollute the surrounding areas.

Absolutely NO to the venue.. Drunk driving will increase.. We have kids.. We want the quiet and calm out there..NOT traffic and loud.. Thats NOT where the venue growth needs to be.. That belongs closer to the city..not in the country where we want to be AWAY from all that mess!!!

If anything the city council will be objective to factual studies or any non bias data that will be presented before members. Please don’t go into this on blind faith and or resist any selfish desires.

There are better places for this. Not Yukon.
