Charles Jackson, PID # 1094592

Charles Jackson caused the death of Charles Colclasure on July 30th, when he ran over him three times with Mr. Colclasure’s car, Alvin Jackson shot him six times and he was thrown into the Arkansas River. Mr. Charles Jackson also attempted to rob and murder the security at Little Rock By Products on July 29th, 1989. On
August 1st, after abandoning the car, they attempted to rob the Night Watch man
at Little Rock Crate and Basket but fled when he fired back. He was arrested while
trying to kill his own brother. Charles Jackson got life w/o parole but was released on July 3rd, 2019 due to Supreme Court ruling. He was immediately released and is now asking for a pardon for his criminal past. WE STRONGLY
OPPOSE HIS PARDON FOR ANY OF THESE CRIMES.
