RE: Kenneth Osburn

ADC# 079267.   Hearing date: Aug. 27, 2026

On August 27, 2006, Casey Crowder ran out of gas in Dumas, AR. Kenneth Osburn picked her up and instead of helping her he took her to isolated farm land. He then put a zip tie around her neck and pulled it as tight as it would go. It took a week to find Casey’s body. She was 17 and it was the first week of her senior year in High School.
Kenneth Osburn took a plea agreement stating that he was guilty. He was sentenced to 40 years for 2nd Degree Murder and Kidnapping. Kenneth Osburn been in prison for only half of his sentence.
We, the undersigned, Strongly OPPOSE, parole for Kenneth Osburn. Justice demands that he serve the full sentence given to him.

My family has been friends with the crowder family since I was little, Casey didn’t deserve what happened to her and the POS that took her life, should not be released ever. Death penalty should be in place for him or life in prison.

I was in school with Casey and she had a long, wonderful life ahead of her with tons of family and friends who cared for her. This man took her life and should remain in prison for the duration of his sentence.

She and my son were in the same class (WC), and dear friends. No-to early release!

Because we will never hold our precious angels again. Our pain is forever. They'll get their day to hold their loved ones again. We won't. Victims lives matter to their families! It should have mattered to them.

This man is too dangerous to be on the street. His actions are unacceptable and do not warrant second chances. There should be no parole.

This man is a predator. If you let him out he will do it again. He has learned how not to get caught.

This man is a monster and that is all! He does not deserve a single day of freedom.
