This petition is to show the school board of MSAD52 that the MAJORITY of parents want mask optional for their kids NOT mandated. As parents we have the right to choose what is best for our kids. I have been reading through the comments and seeing so many parents share the same frustrations about watching their children struggle in the classroom. Your stories prove that this decision should remain in our hands rather than with the board. I am preparing to present these concerns directly to the school officials because our families deserve to be heard.

3 kids in msad 52 district MY KIDS MY CHOICE!!!!! LAND OF THE FREE HOME OF THE BRAVE!!!!!!!
1 kid LCS 1 kid Tripp 1 kid Leavitt (senior) he’s only had 1.5 normal high school years!! Let them be themselves for their final year!
My 3 children were enrolled at GCS.. they’re now being homeschooled. It’s my job to do what’s best for them, masking my healthy children every day at school is not best for them.

My son is going into pre k and I don’t think him having to wear a mask all the time is a good first impression on school.
