We, the undersigned parents of the students at Immaculate Conception School, petition the Diocese of Allentown to rescind the mandate send out on August 23rd 2021 reversing the optional masking policy at our aforementioned school.
We propose a protocol that will allow our parents and school's administration to work hand in hand in dealing with rising and falling cases in our immediate community.
If there comes a time that we determine masking is necessary, the parents and administration will be open to and take the necessary steps to protect our children and minimize the spread of Covid-19 most effectively.
In following the teachings and traditions of the Catholic faith, we believe that the parents are the primary educator and the ultimate authority over the health, safety, and development of our own children. We reserve the right to determine the protocols that will be taken to protect them while still maintaining a normal healthy healthy learning enviroment throughtout this pandemic.

I have spent the morning drafting a formal letter to the Diocese of Allentown to request a review of the current masking policy. We are currently coordinating a time to meet with school administrators to discuss the proposed parent-led protocol.

The volume of support has reached a level that necessitates an immediate formal briefing with the diocesan office. I am finalizing a document outlining our proposed health protocols to deliver to the administration by the end of the day.

Please let this be a parent-choice. My three year old needs to see faces !!! Thank you.
I don't and never have believed in this whole scamdemic, "Our children our choice." I refuse to be a puppet during this whole mask transition, if there's any chance of our children having trouble with their health or with their daily mental stability then I will always be against it. God for bid the things we did when we were children, and we came out alright.
Please allow the parents to choose. Wearing a mask effects not only children's respiratory health but also mental health. Also for the younger children masks hinder their speech and ability to understand phonics. Older children hide behind the masks. Thank you
If maskers want their children to wear a useless mask, so be it, but I for one am a huge supporter of our FREEDOM of choice.
Go back to optional and let each family make the best choice for their child. These kids deserve normalcy if possible.

I am in agreement that parents should make the decision for there children to wear masks, and that they should be optional for all people. “No weapon formed against me shall prosper “ Isaiah 54:17 We stand on this scripture since this “virus” was made- and we rebuke it in Jesus name!
