The Petition of certain citizens of the State of New York residing in Community Board 3 oppose a new liquor license in a previously unlicensed location for "Rouge, 94 Rivington Street".
"Rouge, 94 Rivington Street" was previously denied by both CB3 and the NY SLA for a beer and wine license at this same location in January 2014.
The Petitioners ask that CB3 and the NY SLA uphold their previous decision to deny a license for this applicant at this location.

Too much noise and trash on Rivington already. Enough is enough.
The neighborhood is already way too loud at night. We dont need another bar on this block please keep it residential.
