We, the homeowners and residents of Meadowood Circle, request there be a special meeting of the members as pursuant of article 3.3 of the Meadowood Homeowners Association Bylaws.

"Special Meetings of the members shall be promptly scheduled at any time by the board in response to the vote of the board, or the request by the president, or upon written request of 5% of the Members."

We believe, that the decision to keep the community pool closed, was done so without proper community member input. That decision has a direct affect on ALL members of the community, who pay in excess of $1,800 a year per household to have that right.
