As stated in Article II, section 2.3 of the Hidden Ponds Homeowner Association Bylaws, homeowners are entitled to call a special meeting of members if 1/3 or more of all votes entitled to be cast make such a request
This petition is to gather the appropriate number signatures to request the meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to elect a homeowner to the board and to transact business authorized by the members.
Please sign if you would like the fore mentioned meeting to take place.

Enough is enough. We need to see the books and figure out where our dues are going. Tired of the zero communication from the board.
