The Meadow View Heights board meeting on 9/22/2018, was ended abruptly without the members being allowed to vote for new board members. The bylaws state in section 5.15 that the members may vote in a regular meeting or special meeting on board members. This petition is for the members of the association to gain 10% of owners signatures to call a special meeting.

We hit our threshold and now the board cannot ignore the fact that we are demanding our rights. They shut down the meeting to protect themselves but this momentum proves they have nowhere left to hide.

The HOA lost my support when they allowed containers to be placed in our beautiful mountain community!
Keep our community friendly and full of life! Your lot is yours! Use it how ever you like, be friends and respect your neighbors! Keep making memories with your families, do not let a select few change our way of life!

We voted no to keep Platte E OUT OF THE HOA! Tho we are not a part of it now, these stupid proposed changes will affect US ALL!
