As a member of the Brookfield Estates Amenity Center, I demand a meeting pursuant to Article IV, Section 2 of the By-laws of Brookfield Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. This meeting will include the Chairman of the Pool Committee, as well as paying members from Brookfield Estates, Enclave and Fairways.

The administration has remained silent regarding our formal request for a meeting. I am currently preparing the documentation to ensure our petition remains in full compliance with the association by-laws.

1 OF THE TOP 3 REASONS WE PICKED BROOKFIELD ESTATES IS BECAUSE OF THE POOL. I THINK WE CAN HANDLE 6 FEET APART WITH PEOPLE OUTSIDE OUR FAMILYS AND WIPING DOWN THE POOL CHAIRS WITH A CLOROX WIPES. WE ARE ADULTS NOT CHILDREN.
we need our pool. that is one of the reasons i moved into brookfield estates was to enjoy my friends and neibhors at the pool. relax and have fun.
Please open the pool...we can sign a waiver if needed.
Please include me in any future meetings and petitions.

Rumors are that you are trying to do other things with the pool area if the pool doesn't get reopened. If the pool doesn't reopen due to the pandemic, you do not have my support to use the pool area for any other purpose. One of the reasons I purchased in this association, is because it has a pool.
