We the undersigned residents of Himley Road and surrounding area wish to raise objections to the proposed development of 120 Himley Road into an HMO for 22 bedsits with 16 car parking spaces. Our objections are to the increased traffic, parking problems and potential safety issues in an already difficult area for on-road parking for local residents; the noise of an additional 22 residents, visitors and late night traffic in a residential area and general nuisance from increased litter and transient population that a development of this type would create.

Due to parking problems litter and noise nuisance me and my family do not want the proposed conversion of 120 Himley Rd to go ahead.
We have lived here all our lives we dont want our area to change. Theres are along of elderly people we look out for who are terrified if this goes ahead.
I am a resident on Hinmley Road. This is definitely not the type of property we want and will actively work against us, trying to encourage families to move into the area and the regeneration of Grange Park.
There is not enough parking I visit my mom who lives a few doors down from this intended development and sometimes the roads so busy with cars I have to park on the hilly house car park just to see her. I am also objecting to the fact we don't know who the residents will be and being opposite a local park and primary school is also a worrying thought.
We do not need this in our area as we already get too many issues from HMO's, Hostels and Flats in this area with nuisance, ASB, Parking issues and the dumping of waste and rubbish.
Not suitable in a residential area where it poses risk to young children, fear and potential harm to memebers of the community!
I object to HMO for reasons stated in the petition.

I am probably the most affected as I live next door to the property in question. I already have a problem with parking as people who must live elsewhere on Himley Road park on the road outside this property obstructing my view of traffic coming down from Eve Hill when I am trying to get out of my driveway.
