We have lived next door to this property for 29 years, and have a beautiful home. The area is becoming saturated with rental properties and HMOs, affecting the character and the environment. We are submitting formal objections, but would love your support on here! Deadline is Friday 23rd October. Please help us! Let’s try and keep a sense of community in Elton 🥰🙌🏻

There are way too many HMOs in the bury area creating disadvantages for the first time buyers who wish to stay in the area and raise families locally
There are more than enough HMO’s in this area already. It virtually next to a park where young children play, and have the right to feel safe. Enough is enough!
Local resident and I have seen the negative result of to many HMOs in the area. Our once lovely area has completely changed in a very negative manner
There are enough HMO’s round this area some with problems ! Too near parks & schools
Not wanted in local community, devalue the community and surrounding dwellings.
Deported every illegal immigrant. I am a tax payers with a young daughter. I fear for our country and her safety
lived next door for a few months, very quiet and nice neighbourhood, stop cash grabbing, greedy people

Too many already in the area .. the ones already up and running are not fully occupied no need for further .. these homes are needed for families
