Objection to 120 Himley Road to become 22 bed-sit HMO

Not suitable in a residential area where it poses risk to young children, fear and potential harm to memebers of the community!

I object to HMO for reasons stated in the petition.

Antisocial behaviour our area will go up by putting bad apples together.

I don't agree with this plan

This already overpopulated area is becoming less desirable. No thought is given to residents who have been living here for some time. At the end of the day it's all about money and not the quality of everyday life for locals.

My children go to school near there an i am concerned for their saftey an welfare of my own children as well as others

The area is family friendly one with local schools and a park, not the best place for a HMO for ex offenders. We want Dudley to be a desirable place to live, where people choose to move here. So much new housing has been developed in the area...this will certainly put people off from moving here and may well devalue properties!

Can the council tell us how many other 25 bed HMO's have been approved in Dudley. I bet very few, if any. This is a cheap way of meeting the councils waiting list requirements and housing single homeless people. We don't want to here.

We won't feel safe in our lovely area where we have lived in for decades. Major concern for our kids.

I am against this idea of the bed sit!!!

Dreadful idea, for local community of Dudley.

They can think of something better then a bedsit. Like a social club or a football association as the have a field over the field and the football association can be all ages from 2 to 12 years

I don't think the proposed plan has considered the detrimental effect this will have on an already struggling area

I am very concerned for the community.

I strongly object to these plans we do not need or want this project in our neighbourhood

I am probably the most affected as I live next door to the property in question. I already have a problem with parking as people who must live elsewhere on Himley Road park on the road outside this property obstructing my view of traffic coming down from Eve Hill when I am trying to get out of my driveway.

Signed for the safety of anyone living local to this and anyone living in the Dudley area that WILL definitely be affected by the type of people who will be living there and will be begging for spare change and using drugs in the town centre and the local park.

Don't want the plan going ahead. Our car parking spaces will be taken. At night times will occur noises and want to avoid it as well as high risk of damage to our vehicles and other crime . The plan must not go ahead.
