This petition is to signify that the Homeowners and Residents of Oakmont Subdivision are vehemently opposed to CUP Application #CP120003. This application is to allow Cool Bee's Artwork and Gifts to construct a stage and music venue behind their business, on property adjacent to the Oakmont Subdivision on Highway 9, Alpharetta, GA.
We believe that a venue such as the one proposed in CUP Application #CP120003 has no place situated amongst residential properties, and as a result will compromise the peace, quality of life, and safety of Oakmont Homeowners and Residents.
We, the undersigned, are concerned Residents of Oakmont Subdivision and are opposed to this Conditional Use Permit, and would like it immediately removed from consideration by the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners and Board of Planning.

Who thought this was a good spot for a stage? Definitely not someone living in Oakmont. Shut it down.
Ridiculous idea. I bought my home here for the peace and quiet. Keep the noise away from my kids bedroom windows!
We already have enough traffic on hwy 9. Adding a music venue right behind our backyards is a nightmare waiting to happen.
NO WAY. Total lack of respect for the people who actually live in this neighborhood.
My house is right on the edge of the property line. I don't want to hear bands playing all night while Im trying to sleep. This is residential not commercial.
