The signers of this petition all live within 300 ft. of the Welcome Home Ranch (AKA – Volken Academy / AKA - Volken Drug and Rehab facility / AKA - W- Holdings) and would like to express our opposition to the adoption of a Special Use Permit application (case Z2014034) currently under consideration by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.
The inherent checks and balances of the original zoning and the accountability it provides are there to protect all parties and allow recourse if that negative trend should continue. To adopt this SUP is to remove that accountability.

I have also started the written petition and19 of the listed 26 homeowners within the 300' radius have signed. I plan on going to the meeting on Wednesday with the petition. Thank you everyone who has helped with this.

Just an FYI With the online signatures, we have 22 of the 26 Homeowners within the 300' buffer within Sun Groves. Technically, this gives us over the 20% to force the Super Majority. Obviously we want to have even more so the Supervisors have something to think about.
