There has been a proposition from the Superintendent of the Caddo Public Schools, Dr. Gerald Dawkins to change the mascot of the North Caddo Magnet High School Rebels from Mr. Rebel to something else WITHOUT ASKING FOR THE CONSENT OF THE COMMUNITY.
