Our Warrior has stood strong over the students and faculty of Western High School since the 60s! We will fight as long as we have to to save him!
Leave Western High Schools History and Native American Indian Mascot alone! Thousands are offended with the whole discussion of changing our mascot! WE have rights as well!! I am Native American and couldn't be Prouder!! Thank you.
Generations of "Warriors" took the traits of a warrior with them when they left Western HS. Traits such as pride, heart, determination, and teamwork will always be with Warriors. Once a Warrior, always a Warrior.
We had several native Americans in the class of ‘90 and they never once said anything to me about being offended by our mascot. I’m not Native American but I love being a Western Warrior!!
I have Mohawk ancestry, and am a proud Western Warrior. I do not support changing the mascot.
Make me mad that this all started with a child who went to another school, who was offended. Poor baby, wait til you go out in the real world.

Not only am I a western warrior but my 3 older sisters (83,89,91) but not of my folks were the second graduating class not to mention tons of my cousins and aunts as well... Warrior Pride for this family. Don't touch it. Keep history alive and well
