**Unfortunately tonight our School Board chose to not renew Mr. Sawyer for next year, without hearing any comments from the public that was in attendance. But I am keeping this up and please keep signing and add a comment to let Mr Sawyer know that he is a WONDERFUL teacher, and wanted by us!**
ROCORI 5th grade teacher, Mr Trevor Sawyer, is on the school board agenda for March 24, 2025, to be non-renewed for the 25-26 school year. This is Mr Sawyer's 3rd year at CSE and he DESERVES to have his contract renewed!! He is an AMAZING teacher! He has built such a strong relationship with ALL his students. If you speak to him for even a few minutes you will know that he is a teacher we should be KEEPING! The connection he has to his students is something all teachers should strive to have. Students thrive, grow, and learn in his classroom. He encourages inclusion, leadership, friendship, empathy, communication, creativity and lifelong learning!

im still in shock at how many of you stepped up to back mr sawyer over the last few days. it really shows the school board how much he means to this community so lets keep this energy going.

My son Calvin has Me Saywer for math. He is a very patient, kind & caring teacher & excellent role model. He is great at explaining the learning material in a way the students can understand.
Education is about kids and their needs hands down. Mr. Sawyer does this well, especially with special education children with varying needs. Do not let him go.
Please consider renewing Mr. Sawyer's contract. Every interaction I've had with him has been overwhelmingly positive. It's clear that he has a strong rapport with his students. Finding effective teachers is incredibly difficult—why would ROCORI risk losing such a valuable asset?
Trevor Sawyer was meant to teach children. He is amazing at forming relationships that build the trust needed for student success. The kids truly respect him and excell under his guidance. He more than deserves a continuing contract and his tenure in Rocori. This is the finest example of what Rocori needs in its young teachers.
Trevor is a wonderful teacher! He is respected by the staff and students, and his students love him. The times I've worked in his classroom you can see his passion and the students drive to learn. Please renew his contract and let him continue helping to mold the minds of the students at CSE!
Mr sawyer has been a great joy to my children and they have enjoy these last 3 years with him.
He is wonderful!! My son absolutely adored having him as a teacher!

I had Mr. Sawyer when I was at Rocori, and now I'm a senior in college. He has been nothing but a positive impact on the students (including me!).
