Mr. Soares is an incredible teacher and mentor to our Founders family. He is the epitome of what all schools look for in an educator and we are the fortunate school to have found him. Unfortunately, we are on the brink of losing him. This is my attempt at stopping this.
Mr. Soares deserves to be a full-time teacher with all the benefits and headaches that that entails. He supervises after school clubs, takes all students out for recess when other teachers do not feel like it. Volunteers in anyway he can just to help out and be supportive. He also acts as a mentor and counselor to both students and teachers alike.
Also students thrive on consistency. There were a lot of staffing changes this past year and students should be able to feel secure in knowing that when they come back to school in the Fall, their teachers will still be there. That Mr. Soares, who has always been there, will be there.

I am truly overwhelmed by the steady stream of people who feel the same way about Mr. Soares as I do. This is entirely because of your belief in him and the kindness you have shown by lending your names to this cause. It is clear that I am definitely not the only person who thinks he belongs here.

My daughter Skyller loves Mr Soares . He has been someone she can talk to , trust , and look up to . He is so amazing with the Kidd . My daughter always has wonderful things to say . Let’s keep the great teachers
He is at school full time all the time! He does so many coverages anyways! He should be a full time teacher. Always goes above and beyond.
We love Mr.Soares!! Don’t leave us. Even if im going to beacon they all still need you.
I think Mr Soares should stay because he deserves a better position and the same benefits that everyone else gets.
Kindhearted, driven, and selfless are some some that are synonymous with Mr. Ryan Soares. I personally had the privilege of working with him and seeing all of those adjectives come to life through his daily routine. Lastly, Ryan has established an amazing rapport with his colleagues and equally so, if not, more importantly, with his students. It's a tragedy that he still isn't a full time employee.
