We, the parents, petition Mary Federico, to allow the continuation of the annual Montowese Elementary School Halloween Parade in its usual capacity before she stepped into her new position as principal. If safety is the issue, we can set up safeguards to help protect our children. Please do not cancel the parade. Let our kids be kids!
