To David Buckingham, CEO & Board of Directors,
We below wish to make a mass complaint in regards to the dreadful service we have received from iiNet of late. As of now, we have had no resolution or no contact that is suitable, or a resolution that is amicable and breaches of their contract with us for services that were supposed to be performed.
iiNet Customer Service care are rude, they have lied and not bothered or cared about customers in anyway.
If there are others out there that have had problems with iiNet please join me in making it known.
We must stop iiNet by letting them know that we will not put up with their extremely bad and rude customer care. We are paying customers and we deserve good customer service. We have had enough are not getting anywhere and felt that making a group complaint or petition would hold them more accountable for their actions and dreadful service.
