FAST4.NET thinks they can hold us hostage with these ridiculous fees while providing absolute garbage service. I am currently compiling a list of your experiences to present to the regulatory authorities for a formal complaint. Do not let them silence you when they fail to provide the connection you paid for.

85 quid just to leave? That is daylight robbery and they know it. Get it sorted FAST4.
Ridiculous company. Been trying to get my mac code for weeks and they keep giving me the runaround. Absolute robbery.
Worst isp ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Speed is non existent and customer service is a joke.
fed up with the excuses. fix the speeds or let people go without these crazy fees. sick of it
My connection drops every single night. Tired of paying for a service I cant even use properly.

Total scam. They promise one thing then charge you for the exit. Never again.
