Why should we be paying for "Speed Packs" when the best speeds we are getting so far this year (2014) is 100KB/s
I plan on getting this petition out to as many people as possible and making Optus financially pay for this. The only way a company learns is when their bottom line hurts.

Congestion between 9am and 10pm every day
Getting 5% of the actual advertised priced is a joke. Time for a change Optus.
Congestion for years now and only getting worse.
The term "speed pack" is laughable
I for one want my "premium speed pack" refunded !

Been with optus for over 12 years but thinking of chaning over this is getting ridiculous
