Many Lochies over the years have voiced their opinion on wanting easier access to the lake. Our biggest success in Adult and Children's socials is when we have offered free boat rides on the lake. Since there appears to be some opposition we think that it is prudent to measure the level of interest before asking the board for additional funding for the Boat Ramp area improvement project. The over-all plan will entail a multi-phase project, dependent on funding and board approval. 1st project would be to install a concrete ramp while the lake is low and improve the existing road with grading and gravel.. The Next phases are not listed by priority but would include the additions of a board walk and fishing deck, a picnic/viewing patio, boat storage, landscaping and possibly a small parking area. I support having a boat ramp available for Loch Highland residents. I have some questions about providing boat storage which I assume will be addressed at a later time.
I fully support this project. This improvement will benefit all by providing safer and more convenient lake access. In addition, this project will likely add to future home values, benefiting all HOA members.
All Association Members should have equal, convenient, safe and enjoyable access to our lake since everyone pays for this wonderful amenity equally.
Love it! ... provided we can keep it for homeowners only... already have WAY too many "non-paying" people use our lake
Fully support the make over of this existing amenity It is a beautiful piece of property that needs to be cared for and available to all homeowners.
I support the boat RAMP improvement project which includes a kit launch parking and kayak storage
I agree with the intention to give to all members of our community a better than now access to the lower lake.

Would be great to have better boat access. Have a canoe sitting around the house. If we had a place to keep it by the lake, it might even get used! I'd even be willing to share it with others!
