We have issues with the way Litus To Let has spent our HOA Fees, influenced our Board of Directors negatively, reduced the quality of life within our community, eliminated our Right to Vote and disrespected our residents.
With this Petition, we request that the Brookfield Estate HOA Board of Directors terminate the contract with Litus To Let immediately and replace them with a new independent management company.
