We, the under signed, are demanding a special meeting of the Landmark Towers Home Owners Association (HOA) per the Association By Laws Article 2.2. The two points of order to be discussed at the special meeting are: 1.) The 2021 budget and 15% increase of HOA dues. 2.) Board member removal. We are demanding that the meeting take place within thirty (30) days of this petition’s submisssion.

this hike is way out of line. nobody asked for this and it really hurts those of us on a fixed income.
get them out. time for some new leadership that actually listens to the homeowners.

15% is a joke. we already pay way too much for how little gets done around here.
