Dear Larvotto neighbours, residents, owners, management company and those who are concerned

This is an appeal and petition from concerned residents of Larvotto, Ap Lei Chau

In response to the most recent broken window incident that fell and injured one of our neighbours on April 8th, 2017. Apparently, these kinds of incidents have happened many times in the past and we ask that SHK / Kerry management company to share with us the following publicly and in writing

  • What is/are the root causes of this incident?
  • What were the reasons for all the past similar incidents?
  • How can we ensure similar incidents will never happen again in the future?
