I'm currently seriously considering moving into Larvotto however this window issue is enough to make me reconsider. I've known about it for years, I thought they fixed this issue by now.

Does someone have to die before this problem is taken seriously and permanently fixed? How many have fallen so far?

Having been a victim of a Larvotto window that fell on and trashed our car I support this petition.

Shocking state of affairs. Will it take the death of some one before this is taken seriously?!

It is unacceptable that the window situation is still unresolved. Someone will be seriously injured or killed if this is not taken seriously.

in early 2016 I was told by the management company that well over 100 windows had 'failed' but that only about half a dozen or so had actually fallen out. At the time that number seemed low.

Just need answers. Not kept in the dark as it effects both owners and tenants. We live here, should have a say in our safety

Did the Larvotto management waste our money replacing windows which fell out instead of sueing the developper or contractor for compensation?
