We the Undersigned residents of Grand County Colorado strongly urge our County Representatives to Decline granting approval to Serene Wellness Marijuana Store for the location at 79025 US Highway 40, units 5 & 6, Winter Park, Colorado 80482
*It is nearby the Childrens School Bus Stop
*It is in Proximity to the Family Friendly Hideaway Park & Playground.

As a homeowner in Winter Park, I strongly oppose the application by Serene Wellness V to operate a marijuana business at 79025 US Hwy 40. That the applicants represent themselves as being in Winter Park is a lie, the location is nearby school bus stops, parks, public walking/biking paths used by children and violates/undermines the right of the people of our town to say NO to marijuana businesses--which they did over 2 years ago.

Winter Park voted against marsju a. That choice should be honored in spirit as well as in fact
No pot shop where the children get on the school bus

Winter Park has been very successful at marketing our community as a wonderful place for families. A Marijuana Shop at the entrance to our town does not support this image. Yes, this issue is important to our kids, but also our entire community.
