This petition is in regards to the proposed change in zoning laws, which would allow a kennel within an animal hosiptal in a residential neighborhood of Four Corners. Those signing this petition are against a kennel operating in the community due to noise, odor, proximity to homes, and changes to the overall community due to the presence of this entity in a residential neighborhood.
