WE THE UNDERSIGNED WOULD LIKE TO BRING YOUR ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING PROBLEMS, WITH RECOMMENDATION(S):

Major services of the Horizon have been discontinued: 2 pools on the 4th floor, the Resistance pool and the Jacuzzi and the Playroom on the 3rd floor. Thus far there has been no communication as for the time frame and action plan to restore these major facilities. This loss of services is taking a heavy toll on our quality of life and property value. It is also putting the Board in violation of the Bylaws.

We the undersigned demand:

1. Restoration the 4th floor pools and 3rd floor Playroom as soon as possible
2. Provide the residents with a clear plan of action and time-frame for restoring these facilities
