WE THE UNDERSIGNED WOULD LIKE TO BRING YOUR ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING PROBLEMS, WITH RECOMMENDATION(S):
Major services of the Horizon have been discontinued: 2 pools on the 4th floor, the Resistance pool and the Jacuzzi and the Playroom on the 3rd floor. Thus far there has been no communication as for the time frame and action plan to restore these major facilities. This loss of services is taking a heavy toll on our quality of life and property value. It is also putting the Board in violation of the Bylaws.
We the undersigned demand:
- Restoration the 4th floor pools and 3rd floor Playroom as soon as possible
- Provide the residents with a clear plan of action and time-frame for restoring these facilities

If the insurance excuses are valid, then the playroom would have been completed by now. Where's the humanity of the Board in taking care of the whole community?

Open the Playroom ASAP !! It is absurd that this is closed THE ENTIRE WINTER ! imagine the building without the 4th fl gym for adults !....

trying to sell my unit for a while now, these empty pools are a disaster. My broker told me prospective buyer is asking the management and nobody can give a clear answer about what is going on with the repairs. Some units are on the market for dump price $1,090 per ft² and are STILL NOT SOLD. The playroom should be repaired immediately, this is the best amenity in this building.
