The living conditions at Hawksnest Commons and the Bellamy (both owned by Caliber Living) are out of hand. The WiFi is frequently broken for long periods of time and we are never offered any form of compensation for it. Maintenance and cleaners have been allowed into apartments with a master key at all times of the day with little notice and no supervision. The stairwells have trash, dead bugs, and rotted food. Many residents receive random junk fees for so-called “damages” or ridiculous insurance policies. This is unacceptable and these issues will be documented and taken to the city if improvements are not made.

Mold in the vents, floorboards coming up, maintenance people leaving the doors open letting bugs and humidity in, no internet for days on end every other week, etc.
This is my fourth year at Bellamy and things have never been as bad as they have been for the past year.
Heavy on Bellamy doing better. I have a 1100 word review to submit on google.

My partner lives in Bellamy and I’ve been over a frequent amount and we have came back to the door unlocked, AC broken for an entire week and a half. We have came back countless times to random rags on the counters and trash in the halls. We were trying to move out and we found someone to find a lease and they approved her, the day of her move in we were packed and out and the girl never showed, curious as to why we text the girl and neither her or Bellamy informed us that she was no longer accepted and now we live somewhere else and still having to continue paying Bellamy’s rent. We are very unhappy and over this, thank y’all.
