Frontier Communications poor business practices
I am wanting to bring attention and be the voice of the many customers that might have the same issues that my family has been having. We go weeks with out service with technician after technician at our home with no resolution. It's out again today all over Paris IL. I have contacted the office of the president and only received and $18 credit. I am hoping others will speak up and get this brought to the forefront. We would not be able to charge thousands a month and not render a service we would be thrown in jail.
