Frontier Communications. The lack of open ports in the internet service box in my area of Bull Lake Road Troy MT. Has caused slow downs, over saturation, and out right disconnects. Also it has caused there to be a huge waiting list for new internet service making it impossible for anyone to get basic internet service. Because they won't upgrade one box to a bigger one to accommodate more ports for more services. So I'm petitioning them to upgrade and expand the box so everyone in my area can benefit from it.

This is so frustrating! My neighbors all around me have internet but my new home cannot get internet because its capped! Not only are paying costumers not getting the service they are paying for but they are turning away new costumers because "it's tapped".

We are a growing area and need more internet ports... I am in town but visit folks out there, c’mon Frontier.

I'm in the same boat here on Bull Lake Road. I have to wait to even get a new service. Sit on a waiting list that has no estimated date for a new port to be open because Frontier Communications won't update the main box. I mean they have a fiber optic line that runs into that box and my friends and neighbors get disconnected and slow downs everyday and they pay top dollar for this service I mean they don't even offer anything over 1 meg upload and 24 meg download and we don't even get what we pay for.
