Per our Four Midtown Miami Associations' bylaws Special Meetings are allowed and defined under section 3.2 and 4.3.b and further under Florida Code 61B-81.002 and can be owner-initiated. Topics include: the current budget, general ledgers, and background checks on current board members.

If more than 10% voting interests are required to signed for a Special Meeting one must be held.
