Dear Board of Directors
In accordance with Article III Section 4 of the By-Laws Of Waterside At Coquina Key South Condominium Association, Inc., the undersigned voting members hereby request a Special Meeting to discuss the Balcony Project.
According to the by-laws “a special meeting must be called by the president or secretary upon the request in writing of voting members representing 10% of the members' total votes, which request shall state the purpose or purposes of the proposed meeting.”
Topics to be discussed include the following:
1. Project Status Report
2. Schedule
3. Cost/Billings/Payment Schedule
4. Project Management & Oversight Responsibilities
5. Contracts
6. Work Scope
7. Change Orders
8. Performance Bonds/Incentives/Penalties
9. Options for Improved Performance & Schedule
10. Owner Reimbursement For Unreasonable Loss of Use

Love what you all are doing to organize an Owners influence on the Board and make things more transparent especially for those like us that are on-site only 4 months/year!
4854 Beach drive bldg 59 unit c If this was such a danger and had to be done immediately , the time frame is not acceptable
This project should never take that long, unfair to the residents and community
Please get this project finished even if you have to fire the current contractor who is NOT completing this project in a timely manner be sure to include A completion date with any new contractors for all future projects this is usually standard procedure

Ridiculous that we have had zero updates on the timeline. We paid our assessments and deserve some answers instead of being left in the dark for months.
