Have firework safety course which cost money then make people get permits which also cost money then tax the fireworks that would normally be bought out of state Certain non fire prone areas ok double fines of caught without permit in designated areas Tons of money to be made
I think it's time to end this endless senseless smuggling, (which i think its a waste of our tax paying dollar for police to border Patrol the firework)just legalize it already and let people celebrate with honor.
Our right to be free and not allow the government to reign over us is being trampled on. We have and will be fighting back.

Legalizing fireworks is the right thing to do. It's absurd to be apart of a community where they want you to be jailed for fireworks? To pay fines? 100 miles east, fireworks are fine. 100 miles west, they are calling in the bomb squad? At least use our minds. The composition of fireworks don't change because they crossed over into California. Decriminalize fireworks.
