Our right to be free and not allow the government to reign over us is being trampled on. We have and will be fighting back.

Legalizing fireworks is the right thing to do. It's absurd to be apart of a community where they want you to be jailed for fireworks? To pay fines? 100 miles east, fireworks are fine. 100 miles west, they are calling in the bomb squad? At least use our minds. The composition of fireworks don't change because they crossed over into California. Decriminalize fireworks.

Have firework safety course which cost money then make people get permits which also cost money then tax the fireworks that would normally be bought out of state Certain non fire prone areas ok double fines of caught without permit in designated areas Tons of money to be made

Every 4th and New Years I see aerial fireworks all over. Think of all the money spent out of state? Legalize them or set up designated areas where people can light them.

Its time california has stopped becoming so sensitive over fireworks, people every year will go out and use them regardless if it is illegal and they will. Over the past years ive seen more fireworks and more each 4th of july why cant we celebrate some freedom instead of being scared of our own government from stopping us
