For the passing holidays the residents of New Jersey are limited to what they can do on Independence Day,New Years, And Other local events. In This Petition I Would like for people to understand that fireworks are not bad if you use them in the correct way. This Is What I Am Purposing To US Congress: *People Over The Age Of 20;have the right to own Fireworks. *People Have The Right Too Own Fireworks That Are Consumer Products And Not Illegal. *People Have The Right for a Firework Permit For a Reasonable Price. *People Have The right to celebrate International Holidays With Fireworks. *People Have The Right To Use Fireworks For Local Concerts,Events,And Hometown Happenings. *People Have The Right To Discharge Fireworks at the times the local Authorities Set. *People Have the right to Own A Business That Relates To Firework stores with a Permit Appointed By The State Government.

Fireworks are legal in a lot of other states. Why not NJ?
