Assessment keep increasing for what? Calle de la Plata is a mess, dead plants everywhere, lawns are in poor shape, the burned fence has not been cleaned up or repaired. I vote to FIRE Equus management and to bring in a HOA that is responsive, has reasonable fees, and is NOT degrading to questions asked.

I agree, they should be replaced. The fees just continue to rise and I am not seeing anything for where I live in the neighborhood. My friend who lives two streets away is in the original Eagle Canyon HOA and her dues are $60 twice a year (I believe).

They are difficult, at best, to deal with, won't respond to inquiries and don't add any value to the community. Time for a change to a management company that cares about our community and not just their own bottom line.

we lived here for 17 yrs and never once seen any EQUUS H.O.A. progress in our neighborhood,and when you do call the company office, very rude and nasty with you on the phone, very unprofessional. This H.O.A. needs to go!

This company is terrible. I'm a board member who is absolutely frustrated with Equus, Joele, and Vanessa.

We need an HOA Company that works for the homeowners. The current Management is unprofessional and will rebel against a homeowner for raising concerns. NRS is not followed: meeting minutes and financials are not posted, mailings to homeowners are not consistent.

What amenities are we paying for? Why are we paying the amount we are when it cannot be answered what we are paying for? There needs to be more transparency. We should not have to pay for a contractor/ engineering mistake with the drainage ditch. Why are we being held accountable and being forced to pay this extra money?

Our HOA fees are ridiculous. The other Eagle Canyon HOA’s pay way less per year. Not sure what the difference is, neighborhoods look exactly the same to me.
