Please sign our petition for a special HOA Hallbrook Board Meeting to be held.
The special meeting will be to request three scheduling items:
1. HOA Management Company RFP starting June 1, 2021 versus Fall, 2021.
2. Landscaping RFP starting June 1, 2021 versus Fall, 2021. A six month decision process is needed for adequate evaluation and competitor submission.
3. Homeowners are requesting the Hallbrook HOA Board form a Nominating Committee starting June 1, 2021. This nominating committee will be formed to create board and committee term limits and develop a succession plan for outgoing board and committee members six months in advance of their exit.

I have spent the last few days talking to neighbors who are just as exhausted by the current lack of transparency in our management processes. Our neighborhood deserves a board that respects our time and our money, and we have to keep pushing until they agree to meet with us.

Seeing the momentum grow tells me that my neighbors are just as tired of the status quo as I am. We have finally reached a point where the board can no longer ignore the collective demand for better management and transparency in our community.

I am so happy to this happen. I feel there has been very little transparency other than the fall mailing about the budget. My opinion is the subdivision is not maintained as well as it used to be and we don't get much for $3,000. We moved in Sept of 94 and were robbed in March 95. Took all my wife's jewelry. No one seemed to care!
About time someone cares about our safety! The current HOA and board only cares about themselves!!!
I’m in favor of starting the review process for our management/landscape company earlier than October.
Need a survey taken and published allowing homeowners to rate the services not indicating “what’s important “ What’s important is that all vendors provided quality services at a fair, published rates and homeowners have a say in by whom and what services are provided
