The homeowners of Windcroft Subdivision are tired of paying HOA quarterly dues and not knowing where there money is going. Also, the Windcroft HOA board did not have a meeting this year for the homeowners to express any concerns that they may have. By signing this petition, the homeowners of Windcroft Subdivision want a new HOA Board so some of their concerns will be answered overall.
Windcroft homeowners are tired of getting parking letters, not getting return phone calls or emails from the HOA Board and the Management Company and high quarterly dues. Also, many of the lawns in the subdivision are beginning to appear worn and may need to be reseeded. Instead of concentrating on parking in the common parkways, the HOA Board needs to start looking at the appearance of the neighborhood overall to insure the homes retain their value.

Absolutely absurd that I received notice that I am now committing a parking violation. While my "common" driveway is not a long as some, when I park there, I am COMPLETELY out of the road. Would love a logical explanation!

Where is my money going? We don't have a pool or tennis courts, and I certainly wouldn't pay this much for someone to cut my postage stamp sized lawn.

The HOA fees are absurd. We have one of the best flowered, landscaped yard in the subdivision. This is not a reflection of the landscape company at all. As we have told the landscape company not to cut our grass or shrubs as we do this ourselves. Why should we continue to pay. Where does the $250,000 go?
