I checked the count and we are almost at two hundred fifty signatures which is actually pretty wild when you think about how many people actually care about these graduation robes. If everyone currently reading this could reach out to just one person who goes to school here we might finally push this over the edge before the administration meeting happens.

I am an alumni, and the last of my 3 kids is a senior this year. Absolutely agree with the kids keep both colors and let student choose what they identify with.
I really like the contrasting colors of the light & dark blue robes!!! I think it should stay that way... use both school colors!!!
The meaning of Tradition - the transmission of customs or beliefs from generation to generation, or the fact of being passed on in this way.- Why change a tradition that has been going strong for over 40 years.
It's a shame that many lose their privledges out of over concern for the few individuals. It wud better to allow them to choose.
Many people took their senior pictures in the light blue robes and therefore it's wrong to make them wear navy for their actual graduation. Why are we catering to a select few students when the overwhelming majority wants to keep the tradition of BOTH navy and Columbia blue robes!
It may sound extreme but this is step 1 in rewriting history. You have this Trojan's support...go Mustangs!
Please let them keep the tradition and be able to choose light blue or dark blue

I wore light blue and my mom and sisters, aunts and girl cousins all wore light blue. Let my daughter wear it too! It's a school tradition and a family tradition for us!!
