Complaint Protest against Frisco USPS - 8700 Stonebrook Pkwy, Frisco, TX 75034
Complaint as follows: With the loss of our regular mail carrier and during her substitutions, there has been a continual massive degradation of services from USPS Frisco. The problems encountered have been:
- No Mail Delivery for days
- Mail delivered to the wrong addresses
- Mail delivered into the early evening hours (7PM or greater)
- Lack of response by Frisco USPS to remedy any of the problems
This petition will be forwarded up to the highest level of USPS management we can get to pay attention to a gigantic problem in our neighborhood, Preston Highlands, Frisco, TX.

The silence from the local office is frustrating but I am currently pushing these documented complaints up to the district level. It is exhausting to keep fighting for basic service that we used to take for granted. I am not stopping until someone actually acknowledges the patterns of failure in our neighborhood.

The lack of reliable service continues to drain us while we wait for any real answers. I am exhausted by the silence from this office but we need to push past five hundred signatures to prove this is not just a few isolated complaints.

My neighbor went on vacation and stopped their mail. While they were on vacation I got no mail & the frisco usps didn't know what happened to my mail. When my neigh got home & got their mail - mine was with theirs! I get mail late 7pm often.
I have not received several things over the past couple of years. I have had bills arrive late. Last year I sent my Christmas cards in December and no one got them until July. No joke. I continue to get other peoples mail in my mailbox.
Has been horrible for the 15 years I've lived here. No mail, mail takes two weeks to be delivered when sent from a person literally on the other side of El Dorado. Postal worker broke my mailbox and just left broken piece on ground with no note.
Took forever to setup my mailbox at my new business due to the unorganized structure. Did not receive my water bill one month and almost had water shut off. No one ever answers the phones and takes days to receive packages on two day shipping orders from Amazon.
There is very clearly zero accountability at the Frisco USPS and change needs to be made at the very top. The complaints have been too long and too loud for the problem not to be recognized. They simply do not care. Frisco needs a new postmaster NOW!
Terrible mail service. Takes weeks to even up to a year for mail to be received after mailing it to McKinney or Oklahoma City from this Post Office!
I’ve had two items mailed through this post office that have never arrived. There have been a number of days with no delivery at all

We have lived here for 2 years and we routinely receive the wrong mail. Then a couple of weeks ago, a birthday card came torn open with money missing in a little plastic we are sorry we damaged your mail envelope. Sorry indeed. Unconscionable service!
