Terrible mail service. Takes weeks to even up to a year for mail to be received after mailing it to McKinney or Oklahoma City from this Post Office!

they lie to cover their ass lost my mail for two weeks and with a strait face said it was my fault post mark date show their possession for two weeks before returning to sender

Our postal worker has stopped coming on Saturdays, comes super late and if we have already left for the day and there is two days worth of mail in the box, he retaliates by stuffing boxes in so tight that we cannot get our mail out (instead of using the package box.

My mail and neighbors mail delivered to wrong addresses 3-4 days every week. No mail pickup or delivery for several days in a row. Multiple mail carriers and zero care or responsibility. Lost packages & no way to file a claim. Worst USPS mail service I’ve ever had.

My dad is a very sick patient. Waiting on mail order medication. Was delivered to the PO Office on Nov. 13th but was not given a yellow slip so the medicine was just sitting in the back.

We consistently have no mail, mail in the wrong box, erratic hours (sometimes well after 8pm)

Received a email stating my package was delivered from the USPS at 6:16pm on 12/8/17 however it never was. I was working from my home office which faces my mailbox and front door and no one came (I was there the whole day) - I also have video camera footage showing no one made a delivery.

Got a call from the Doctor saying the letter sent to me was sent back undeliverable, I don’t get that. She even repeated my address back to me so it has to be the post office.

Dear Post Office,
I have lived in the area for 15 years.
Over the last ~6 months have the service degraded to an all time low.
Some days no mail at all, some days neighbors mail in the box...
And when it comes to tracked deliveries... then I'am utterly disappointed.
It is time for a complete makeover - why not outsource to FedEx?
How difficult can it be??

Postal worker is throwing packages at my door from the truck. Sounds like a bomb going off. I have a breakable coming today and have tried calling Stonebriar office 50 times. Recording EVERY time!!!

No Mail for weeks,
Wrong Mail in Wrong Box with correct Suite Numbers on mail.
My Neighbor brought a stack of mail to us with our suite number clearly indicated on all the mail.
i Went by Post office spoke to the Supervisor on duty. His exact words were to me "IF YOU FEEL THERE IS Malfeasance WITH YOUR MAIL, THEN CERTIFY YOUR MAIL!"
My response to him was "YOU WANT ME TO CERTIFY ALL OUR MAIL INCLUDING UTILITIES AND REGULAR DAILY MAIL?""" SUPERVISOR RESPONDED WITH A YES.. (AFTER DISCOVERING THIS PAGE, I am shocked to see so many people effected by 75034 Post office.... (CHECK OUT "GOING POSTAL" ON WARREN PKWY) My go to guys for ANY USPS NEEDS>

Our Neighbor's mail is consistently delivered to our mailbox, and our mail delivered to the neighbors mailbox.
Also- We are missing at least one piece of mail (a wedding invitation) that was mailed on June 17, 2017 from our family in Virginia, and we have yet to receive it nor has it been returned to sender.

I get my neighbors mail regularly. I deliver it to her. This makes me wonder if someone else is getting my mail and not delivering it.

Stonebrriar office has always had bad customer service and passport customer service is by far the worst. Women handling passport appts. should not be in a job working with people.

I do not receive much mail because I conduct business online. However, the USPS delivery service has been extremely poor at the office and mail delivery for the past two years.
