We, as parents of students and concerned residents of Northern Lebanon School District, oppose the consolidated Kindergarten building (as proposed). There is no support for the building (also referred to as an "early childhood center") from the community. We are concerned about a myriad of issues including length of travel time, student safety and a loss of benefits afforded to kindergarteners in a multi-grade, community-based elementary school, to name a few.

We respectfully request that the Board recognize and support the position of the community, and that the proposal for the Kindergarten building be voted down and the community-based model of elementary schools be maintained.
