I'm working to reinstate my terminal manager at Knight Transportation, who was recently relieved of his duties. He is a highly respected and well-liked leader, known for his kindness, professionalism, and unwavering support. Throughout his time with the company, he built strong relationships across multiple departments, leaving a lasting impact on countless employees. Many of us owe our success to his guidance and the support he provided.
His leadership was invaluable—he had a relentless drive to improve, always striving to be better every single day. He embraced feedback and criticism, seeing them as opportunities for growth. His absence leaves a void not just in leadership, but in the camaraderie and friendship he fostered. We haven’t just lost a manager; we’ve lost a true friend.

Gabr actually shot me straight and gave me real reasons not just company smoke up my ass. He was willing to work with me and made me feel like a busniess partner not just another company owner operator.
Bring Gabe back.. he is the best TM I’ve ever worked for. He is not just a leader he is apart of our FAMILY.. Gabe is our glue without him there is no FAMILY
I transferred terminals back in September of last year and worked under Gabe from about February till then. He was charismatic, learned the role he was put into quick, and defended the people he worked with fiercely. During my time working with him, I learned just how open minded and kind he was, as well as how driven he was to win. I fully support this petition and wish nothing but the best for Gabe Orphe. He made me a better employee and a better man, and I am eternally grateful for what he has done and continues to do for me.
Gabe is an exceptional fleet manager who truly goes above and beyond for both drivers and office staff. As a technician at Crete Carrier Corporation, I frequently heard from drivers who had once left Knight but were reconsidering and rehiring specifically because of the positive changes Gabe made at the Knight Atlanta Terminal. It’s rare to find a manager with a CDL who not only understands the challenges drivers face but also genuinely cares about every team member. Gabe’s leadership and dedication have made a tremendous impact on the terminal and its people
Please bring Gabe back. He was loved by everyone he came into contact with. He is absolutely amazing and I hope the company realizes how much they lost when losing him.

I work in the payroll department here at knight transportation, Gabe is one of our favorite terminal managers here at knight and it has always been a pleasure working with him for the short time I have been here with his positive vibes and amazing leadership we were sad to find that he was terminated, please bring Gabe back, thank you.
