Please bring Gabe back. He was loved by everyone he came into contact with. He is absolutely amazing and I hope the company realizes how much they lost when losing him.

Gabe is a genuinely kind and thoughtful person who consistently demonstrates a strong sense of integrity and respect for others. He’s always approachable, offering support and guidance whenever needed, and he makes an effort to listen to the ideas and concerns of his team. Gabe leadership style is empowering, focusing on fostering collaboration and growth while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment. He take the time to recognize individual strengths and encourage everyone to reach their full potential, which creates a sense of trust and motivation within the team. Above all, Gabe lead by example, treating everyone with fairness and empathy.

I’ve been with Knight Atlanta for 4 almost 5 years. In this short time I have been thru 3 terminal managers. I was with Knight for the first two due to poor performance and not caring about the drivers well being. One of them is the reason why we had some many drivers quit, due to being bullied, but this decision is going to hurt the drivers and the culture of Knight Atlanta. Gabb has been the only terminal manager who cared about the drivers and went above and beyond for us. He keep an open door policy. He gave us his undivided attention to bring up any issues or concerns that we had. We saw him come in early and leave late almost 7 days a week.. I feel he didn’t get a chance to make the changes that was needed due to him fixing and learning a new division and an already damaged environment.

Gabr actually shot me straight and gave me real reasons not just company smoke up my ass. He was willing to work with me and made me feel like a busniess partner not just another company owner operator.

Gabe is our family. Atlanta will not be the same without him. Bring him back asap. You may not care but a lot of us drivers are only here because of him.

I transferred terminals back in September of last year and worked under Gabe from about February till then. He was charismatic, learned the role he was put into quick, and defended the people he worked with fiercely. During my time working with him, I learned just how open minded and kind he was, as well as how driven he was to win. I fully support this petition and wish nothing but the best for Gabe Orphe. He made me a better employee and a better man, and I am eternally grateful for what he has done and continues to do for me.
