We, the residents near Bobtown Road, desire to preserve our peaceful surroundings. We do not need additional housing on Bobtown Road. We do not need the additional traffic. We do not need the risk it poses to our property value. Instead, we need to preserve the rare and disappearing open spaces, of which the land east of Bobtown Road is one.
