Whereas the neighborhood ajoining the 5000 Old Haughn Road property consists of single family, owner occupied residences, we the undersigned oppose the introduction of non owner occupied multi-family dwellings into the area. The increased traffic flow and congestion will greatly increase an already difficult ingress and egress to our properties. Further the introduction of non owner occupied dwellings will diminish our property values, quality of life, and character of our neighborhood. We hereby serve notice to the Grove City, Ohio Planning commission that we are adamantly opposed to any re-zoning of this property to any other use than single family residential units.
